HEUFT supplies machines worldwide. They are subjected to the most varied demands as a result: product contents and packaging, climate, legal requirements and particularities of the respective market lead to different tasks for the project and service teams. HEUFT regularly invites employees from all over the world to the company´s head office in Burgbrohl, Germany so that they can exchange experiences relating to the new trends in the market.
In December 2007 colleagues met from China, the USA, Russia, Mexico, Great Britain, Denmark, Spain, Austria, the Netherlands, Brazil and Germany. Each person brought along a special project from the previous year and with it invaluable experience. Case studies included the planning and implementing of projects from the empty bottle inspection, foreign object inspection, transport optimisation and labelling technology sectors. Each person was able to contribute with his own new knowledge. Analysing and discussing took place with the aim of incorporating the experiences in product development and project work. All those present reacted enthusiastically at the end. HEUFT invests in its employees here. Events such as these, but also for example the regularly held exchange of information for sales employees, give the individual a sense of contributing to the whole and creates commitment to the company. This results in continuity and explains the large number of employees of many years´ standing.
