  • Worldwide networking capability from your HEUFT TX device to the HEUFT Service Center. Immediate comprehensive online help with technical problems.
  • A systematic problem analysis takes place by means of a multilingual prompted dialogue in various languages.
  • Dialogue via the device and observation of its functioning can be carried out simultaneously.
  • HEUFT technicians located all over the world can if required access your device via the global service network in order to remedy faults.
  • The infrastructure of the HEUFT TeleService can also be installed in your company – your specialist will supervise all the devices in all your company´s plants.
  • Minimisation of production downtimes i.e. increased line efficiency.

The HEUFT Customer Desk

  • Competent technical advice regarding the maintenance and servicing of all HEUFT devices.
  • Supervising service visits from the planning stage up to completion.
  • Point of contact between the customer and the Development Department – practical suggestions and experiences are collected here and passed on.
  • The Remote Service Department comprising a group of experts within the Customer Desk offers immediate support by telephone and fax for every type of malfunction.
