With the multitude of case and crate types available great demands are made on different rejection systems. HEUFT can supply a range of rejection systems for varying areas of use to suit every task optimally.

HEUFT xtray

  • rejection of trays onto roller conveyors
  • assembly underneath the roller conveyor saves space
  • mechanical motion only during rejection process therefore low rate of wear
  • suitable for distributing trays into several lanes by using multiple systems
  • no adjustment required for brand changes

HEUFT maxi–flip

  • high–precision system for rejecting crates onto parallel conveyor chains
  • load–controlled drive indirectly weighs each crate and calculates the rejection force required
  • controlled rejection of full and empty cases
  • suitable for the smooth rejection of plastic crates, cases, trays, plastic/metal canisters, buckets etc.
