Trade fair fascinated HEUFT trainees

Forty junior employees visited the BRAU Beviale 2008 exhibition

Highly motivated, optimally trained employees are the guarantee for first class results in development and manufacture. Therefore HEUFT attaches the greatest importance to a demanding internal training programme. However the trainees should also become familiar with the external activities of their employer´s group of companies. A trip to the BRAU Beviale 2008 exhibition in Nuremberg recently gave them the opportunity to experience the special atmosphere of an international trade fair and to strengthen their identification with their own company.

Enormous halls, 1,395 exhibitors and a total of 34,146 visitors:  the dimensions of the BRAU Beviale exhibition fascinated the forty trainees from the HEUFT group of companies who travelled to the industrial meeting point for the drinks sector in mid-November together with five trainers.  For most of them it was their first visit to an exhibition.

 


Inspection and labelling solutions experienced in action

 


The young people were of course particularly enthusiastic about the 180 square metre HEUFT SYSTEMTECHNIK GMBH stand.  Because they were provided with a great deal of action here:  all ten of the fully automatic devices for labelling and the lasting quality assurance of containers presented were working and constantly besieged by numerous interested exhibition visitors.  The trainees were proud to witness the tremendous approval which the HEUFT solutions exhibited received from the trade visitors.  This was particularly true of an interactive construction which impressively demonstrated the precision with which the servo-controlled rotating platforms of the new generation of labeller from HEUFT work.  They aligned three bottles, when one clapped one´s hands, in the exact direction of the acoustic signal.  The trainees could observe for themselves directly next to this how well this exact container adjustment worked in the HEUFT TORNADO S flex.  Because the high-performance labeller celebrated its successful exhibition debut at the BRAU Beviale exhibition.

 


Convincing exhibition presence

 

The junior HEUFT employees also took a good look at the stands of the other exhibitors.  However according to them they did not find one which was as impressive as that of their employer.  Other stands at the BRAU Beviale 2009 exhibition could not keep up with the large number of working devices and the high experiential value provided by HEUFT.

 


Eventful trip strengthened the team spirit


Munich was the next stop for the trainees where a visit to the "Deutsches Museum" (German Museum), a sight-seeing tour and exploring the night life were on the agenda.  The trainees were granted a wish at short notice before travelling back to Burgbrohl:  a visit to the new BMW Car World and the museum belonging to it.  HEUFT acknowledged the high degree of motivation demonstrated by its trainees with the eventful trip and strengthened their identification with their own company with a lasting effect.
