BrauBeviale: HEUFT shows systems of the new generation ready for series production!

A cross-system platform, a common machine human interface and three smart devices which have just gone into series production:  HEUFT will show just how easy efficient in-line quality assurance can be at the BrauBeviale 2014 exhibition in Nuremberg, Germany (Hall 5 / Stand 311).

The systems of the new HEUFT SPECTRUM II generation are highly automated and self-explanatory focusing on the user.  Therefore simply anyone can master complicated processes and functions – even without any previous knowledge.  The modular devices work completely independently during 99 per cent of their operating time.  Even the position of the detection units automatically adapts to the respective container format.

The audiovisual HEUFT NaVi user guidance extends the capabilities of the human should he need to take any action.  It speaks to him, clearly explains what has to be done when and where and supports him step by step in the course of this.  In this way efficient quality assurance when filling drinks becomes simply easy!

Simply more precision!

The universal HEUFT SPECTRUM II platform for different systems and applications simply creates more precision when tracking, inspecting and rejecting empty and full bottles with its significantly increased processing and computing power as well as real-time signal transmission.

Three devices of the new generation which are ready for series production can be experienced at BrauBeviale 2014:  the HEUFT InLine II IXS an X-ray assisted empty bottle inspector, the HEUFT SPECTRUM II VX fill management system and the HEUFT eXaminer II XOS for a foreign object detection in full containers.
