The HEUFT eXaminer XO closes a security gap along disposable lines for glass bottles by combining the functions of a classic empty bottle inspector with those of a full container inspection. Therefore the system also finds floating foreign objects which were not rinsed out in the rinser e.g. minute glass splinters, foil, paper or insects. The HEUFT eXaminer XO is equipped with an optical sidewall and base detection which even detects transparent foreign objects and glass faults reliably in addition to the careful radiometric inspection unit which tracks down solid foreign objects such as metal, stones and glass on the container base.

FUNCTIONS
