The HEUFT VGX checks the quality features of newly filled outer packaging for pharma and healthcare products such as trays and cardboard boxes even before they leave the production line. It identifies deformations, raised cardboard box flaps, incorrect colours, logos and coding just as reliably as missing units inside a case. Packaging which does not comply with the quality specifications are automatically sorted out. For this the device activates HEUFT rejection systems. The HEUFT VGX also identifies serial faults and generates a switch-off pulse before it is too late.
