Whether insects, foil, bits of paper, sediment or objects made of HDPE and other types of plastic: foreign objects with a low density often do not sink in filled healthcare packages but swim freely in the product. The HEUFT floater identifies such floating opaque, semitransparent and even transparent foreign objects in packages filled with transparent pharmaceutical, cosmetics and care products using a specially developed optical inspection technology.

FUNCTIONS

• bright field inspection for detecting dark / semitransparent foreign objects
