The HEUFT moCheck checks empty moulds for the production of chocolate, chocolates, toffees, fondants and sweets for product residue and thus replaces mechanical scanning devices which were usual until now. The inspection system identifies completely full cavities just as reliably as the smallest remnants inside these hollow spaces. A specific colour analysis even makes this possible in surroundings where the colour hardly varies from that of the product. Damage and signs of wear to the empty moulds can also be detected with the HEUFT moCheck.
