drinktec 2009: HEUFT sets new standards

No more puzzling - the secret is out: HEUFT SYSTEMTECHNIK GMBH will be showcasing five new cutting edge products in addition to numerous new and further developments at the drinktec 2009 exhibition which starts today. They have what it takes to set new standards as regards labelling, leakage checks, container transport and final product inspections. Those who know us know:  HEUFT groundbreaking innovations can always be seen live at the drinktec exhibition.  This year is no different.  We will not only be showing the latest generation of our technologies for the sustainable quality assurance of all types of containers in action but also the following top new developments until Saturday 19 September:

• the HEUFT TORNADO D flex a compact labeller which applies two self-adhesive labels with a single unit and aligns the containers for this using a servo-controlled mould seam detection
• the HEUFT beetec an intelligent servo direct drive for conveyors which ensures the highest standards of energy efficiency and hygiene when transporting containers
• the HEUFT FinalView FO which carries out an extensive final container inspection with previously unheard of precision using the very latest Gigabit Ethernet colour cameras, a high dynamic LED illumination technology and a particularly detailed picture analysis
• the HEUFT squeezer QL and the HEUFT squeezer QS two new leakage checks which reliably identify leaks in plastic containers and enable a fully automatic brand change at the push of a button
• the perfected HEUFT InLine which marks a quantum leap as regards the precise inspection of empty bottles with a newly developed, threefold finish detection 
• the new automatic magazine feed (AMF) for the HEUFT TORNADO W wet glue labeller which increases the label stock and reduces the need for manual intervention
